Yes, our face-to-face courses include tastings of different Champagne wines to familiarise you with their diversity. These tastings will give you a better understanding of how the terroir and the way Champagne is made influence the style of the wines produced by the Winegrowers, Cooperatives and Houses of Champagne.

Our face-to-face courses
You can take our face-to-face courses in several cities in France and abroad. To find one near you, take a look at the map of our partner centres. This network of partner centres is expanding rapidly, and we recommend signing up to our newsletter if you want to keep informed about new partner centres delivering our training courses.
We offer face-to-face "Champagne Specialist" training in all our partner centres. Other training courses on Champagne wines will be offered by these partner centres in the future.
To register for a Champagne Specialist course, please consult the information provided on the Champagne Education website or the relevant course page. There you will find the available sessions, the registration process, and the practical information linked to each training course.

To register for a face-to-face course, you can use the map of our partner centres to find a centre near you. You can then register directly with the partner school, either on their website or by contacting them by telephone or e-mail.
To offer high-quality training, delivered by expert professionals and enabling you to taste a wide range of Champagne wines, we have decided to charge a fee for our face-to-face courses. There are several ways in which you can finance these Champagne training courses: you’ll find all the information you need on our "Financing training courses" page.
Our courses are aimed primarily at current and future professionals in the wine and Champagne sector, but are open to everyone. If you’re a wine lover and want to acquire solid skills on Champagne wines, you can follow our training courses, which could be the start of a new career for you.

Champagne Education E-Learning is a teaching format that allows you to train at your own pace, at any time, and access Champagne Education content wherever you are in the world.
Online training allows you to easily balance professional, personal, and educational commitments.

The audio of the videos is not available in multiple languages; it will always remain in French.
If you cannot access your course, we recommend first refreshing the page and trying again from a recent version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge. If the lesson does not load correctly, clear your browser cache, disable any ad blocker or browser extension that may interfere with video playback, and try on another device or network.
If you can sign in but a lesson is blank, frozen, or missing, please return to your dashboard and reopen the course from there.
If the problem continues, contact our support team and include the course name, the level concerned, a screenshot of the issue, and the email address linked to your account.
To register for one of the 3 levels of E-Learning, you can visit this page (https://www.champagne.education/user) to create your account. Once your account is created, your progress in the E-Learning will be automatically recorded.
If you have completed a level but cannot access the next one, please make sure that all required lessons, quizzes, or assessments have been fully completed. In some cases, a level may not unlock if one activity is still marked as incomplete.
We recommend returning to the previous level and checking each section carefully. If everything appears complete and the next level is still unavailable, please contact support with your account email address, the level you completed, and a screenshot of your progress so that we can review your access.

Once you have successfully completed the required course or certification, your certificate should be available from your account and you should have received it by email. Please sign in, open the relevant training course, and look for the certificate or completion section where the document can be downloaded.
If you cannot find your certificate, if the download link no longer works, or if your certificate contains an error in your name or language, please contact support. To help us process your request quickly, please include your full name, the email address linked to your account, the name of the training course, and a short explanation of the correction or issue requested.
The Champagne Education E-Learning is available in French, English, German, and Italian. You can select your language using the menu at the top right of your screen and then follow the registration process.
The choice of the E-Learning language is made before starting a level. When you are on the level presentation page, you can choose your language at the top right of your screen. If you have already started the training, you will need to return to the level presentation page to change the language.
When watching the videos, to enable subtitles, simply click on the "CC" button on the video player.
If you encounter a technical issue preventing you from following our E-Learning, ensure you have an up-to-date internet browser and a high-speed internet connection.

Each level of our E-Learning includes rich and varied content that allows everyone to learn more about Champagne, which is why we recommend starting with Level 1 – Explorer.
We have also developed a Champagne level test that allows you to find out which level of our E-Learning you can start with by answering a few questions.
To earn your Champagne Education E-Learning badges, you need to score 80% or higher (within the allotted time) on the end-of-level assessments. If the minimum required score is achieved, you can then view your badge, download it, and share it on social media. It will also be sent to you by email.
All the E-Learning content and the content on www.champagne.education were designed by Champagne Education, the training service of the Comité Champagne.
